LbE Japan and LbE Hawaii are global educational organization partners based in Japan and Hawaii, respectively. LbE, standing for "Learn by Experience," proudly recognizes the LbE Global Leaders as the foundation of the organization.
Representing over 100 countries and territories around the world, the LbE Global Leaders change the lives of thousands of learners each year, giving them a better understanding of the world around them, an experience in intercultural communication, and an opportunity to explore world peace.
LbE is actively seeking LbE Global Leaders in Japan and Hawaii to lead participants in various programs throughout the year.
WHAT LbE DOES
The joint LbE organizations create and operate global educational programs utilizing 21st century teaching approaches to learners around the world.
Learner participants of LbE have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of LbE Global Leaders, fostering the mindset and skills to work independently and play an active role in creating a better future.
Programs generally focus on English skills, global awareness, and sustainability.
WHAT AN LbE GLOBAL LEADER DOES
Leads a small group of participants with a smile!
Leaders are assigned to small groups to create small group learning environments, encouraging communication and collaboration.
Responsible for the safety, well-being, and happiness of the participants.
Leaders escort, mentor, and take care of their assigned participants for the duration of the program. A high quality leader equals an unforgettable experience for the participants!
Leads discussions and presentations to inspire participants.
From cultural presentations and demonstrations to reflective and critical thinking group discussions, Leaders bring awareness and understanding to all participants in an easy-to-understand manner.
